Notice is hereby given that the City of Cottondale, Florida, will consider a proposed Ordinance to be titled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF COTTONDALE, FLORIDA, DESIRES TO AMEND THE 2022-26 FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ANNUAL UPDATE; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The Ordinance will be considered by the City Commission of the City of Cottondale, Florida at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, the 17th of April, 2023 at City Hall, Cottondale, Florida.
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be obtained or inspected by the public from the office of the City Clerk located in Cottondale, Florida.
All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
