PROPOSED BUDGET TO BE PRESENTED TO THE COMMISSION

As a result of the Cottondale budget workshops, a 5% rate increase for water, sewer, and garbage will be proposed in the upcoming Tentative Budget Hearing on Monday, September 8, 2025. The ad valorem proposed millage rate is 4.5300, a 5.56% increase over the rollback rate.
