The Commission will come together in a workshop setting to review the proposed changes to the Crossroads Park project to bring the cost within budget and within the current bid. To follow is a Special Meeting to consider awarding the FDACS WW Plant improvements. There will be a few other items on the agenda.
The City of Cottondale will hold a workshop related to grants and the direction of the police department. The Special Meeting will follow with any action items.

Police Chief Interviews
The staff and board will meet to begin budget talks for FY2026-27. Discussion will include the current budget and the need for a budget amendment, the tentative millage rate, and the needs of the city moving into the new budget year.
